Our Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in the freshness and quality of our meats. If you are not completely satisfied with a perishable item due to a quality issue, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds & Returns Process:

Perishable Items: For health and safety reasons, please do not bring spoiled items back to the shop. Instead, please take a clear photo of the product and the label. Bring the photo and your receipt (or payment card used) to the shop, and we will issue an appropriate refund or exchange.

Freshness Window: We recommend using or freezing protein products within 3 days of purchase to ensure quality. Refunds may not be issued for spoilage due to improper storage or delayed use.

Custom Cuts: Please note that custom orders (such as Beef/Pork Halves and specialty cuts) are tailored specifically to you and are non-refundable once the cutting process has begun.
