Refund Policy

All sales of perishable food items are final. If there is a quality issue with any of our products, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

If you are seeking a refund due to a quality concern, we ask that digital photos be taken of the product and/or bring the product in.  We will review these photos and/or product and issue an appropriate refund. Photos are required for a refund as well as a receipt/price tag.  If a quality issue is verified and a refund is issued for a perishable item, the item can be discarded after an appropriate refund has been determined.


It is recommended for quality and freshness that you use or freeze your protein products within 3 days of purchase. 

Also, any custom cut products, such as Beef Halves, Pork Halves, and other specialty ordered or custom cut are not refundable.
